Bought the Premium plus seats and they were very nice. I probably wouldn't buy the premium seats though. Theatre itself is pretty large and the ambiance is pleasing. Garage is attached to theater making parking easy and if i remember correctly it was first 2 hours free. It's not worth the expensive ticket and poor service just to recline and use a dirty blanket.Went with family to watch San Andreas. If you lose the service- you will absolutely lose the customers. The food was never great and it's considerably overpriced. You will lose business if the service continues to suck. Ipic can't keep treating its guests like this. There should be one person whose only job is to greet you as you walk in and hand you a glass of house wine and a bag of popcorn. My suggestion to Ipic is to stop being cheap and hire enough quality staff who can be attentive to guests who paid a buttload just for a movie.

The professional staff is long gone and it's now a bunch of kids with no manners. Not to mention that the quality of servers has significantly gone down. And this wasn't just once on a night that was possibly an exception. It is unacceptable that after paying close $50 for our two tickets, we are sitting for close to 45 minutes before we even get a drink.
When we finally got to order, it was another 20 minutes before we received our drinks. The past three times, my husband and I sat for 20 minutes before a server even acknowledged us. I usually don't spend the time to write a negative review but the third time was a charm. The past 3 times we've gone- service has been subpar.
It seems as though they have kept the same amount on staff as they did when they weren't sold out for every movie. Unfortunately, as the popularity of the theatre increased, Ipic missed the mark to match the demand. It truly felt like a high end experience(despite the fact that the food always sucked). The service was great and the whole ambience was sophisticated. My husband and I have been going to Ipic for a couple years now. My family enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the theater and the wait staff and management were friendly and accommodating. This did not include the additional drinks and food that we had. The total cost for 5 seats in the premium plus section was $140.00. The handicap section is premium plus seating. I think it is important to point out that there is a row directly in front of the entire premium plus section with handicapped accessibility and seating. We had the soft pretzel appetizer and the complimentary popcorn which was ok. You have option of paying cash or card for any orders and the waiter takes care of it on the spot while you are seated in the theater without a lot of interruption.

There is a full dinner and drink menu (this includes alcoholic beverages) to chose from and the waiters bring everything to you. Premium plus seating also comes with waiter service. We sat in this section with oversized theater chairs that recline, there are complimentary blankets, pillows and popcorn with this seating option. There is a premium plus section, which is most of the seating in the theater. You have the option of premium seating with oversized chairs that do not recline and it is closer to the screen. We were all on the same row, but kind of separated. My oldest and my mom sat on the same row next to us, but in the two adjoined seats separated by steps. However, since the seats are spacious, my youngest child sat in the seat between my husband and I.
There were five of us and that made the seating selection a little more difficult because there are only two theater seats that are technically together (attached). We reserved our seats online which is best to do since the theaters are not that big and you want to get your seat of choice especially if you are with multiple people. My family and I traveled about 45 minutes to experience the highly recommended iPic movie theater.
